The newest Eating Venture, a sustainable Taco Boy on Huger Street

I first met Karalee of Revolutionary Eating Ventures through Lowcountry Local First (*plug: Lowcountry Local First advocates the benefits of a local living economy by strengthening community support for independent locally owned businesses and farmers.) Karalee spends tireless hours educating our community and promoting small, locally owned businesses like Limelight Custom Sign Company and supporting lowcountry farmers by purchasing and featuring local produce on their menus. REV owns and manages several popular hotspots like Taco Boy on Folly Beach, Poe’s Tavern on Sullivans Island and Monza and Raval located on King Street in downtown Charleston.

Limelight Custom Sign Company has been fortunate to work on several REV projects. We provided REV with two limeGREEN Biodegradable Banners for their recent Charleston Green Fair booth.

Just yesterday, Limelight installed some bold lettering on a once cold and bare cinder block wall. The total installation measures over 18 feet wide and makes a very LARGE impact.  After applied, the lettering was heated to contour against the natural texture of the wall.

Most of the designs came from local talent, HOOK USA We cannot stress wall-lettering4enough the importance of budgeting for good design work. HOOK has done an exceptional job of branding all four REV establishments and we are thrilled every time we get to work with a HOOK design.
